WOODWARD ACADEMY BUSINESS OFFICE MISSION STATEMENT:
To fulfill the financial fiduciary responsibilities to the Academy by:
Providing oversight and management to ensure the integrity of all financial information and records
Compiling regular financial reports and other analytical data
Developing a practicable Annual Operating Budget
Advising the Board and Chief Administrative Officer on issues relating to financial matters
Overseeing the yearly Audit of the Financial Statements and Federal Grant Awards
Reporting timely and accurate information to State and Federal reporting entities
Allowing revenues and expenditures in compliance with State and Federal regulations
Working in collaboration with the Board Finance Committee on various issues to reinforce a balanced budget
To support Staff and Students in efforts to provide an atmosphere conducive to maximizing educational growth
